Engineering Center

Our Engineering Center is an integrated research and technical unit ensuring high-level developments in power engineering owing to professional excellence and successful experience of implementing projects at various power and industrial facilities in Russia and abroad.

The Center’s engineers have an extensive experience in design, manufacture, installation and operation of power equipment and are certified to carry out the operations both at thermal and nuclear power facilities.

The Engineering Center includes:

A design department for TPP and NPP pipelines
A design department for boiler equipment

The main challenge of the Engineering Center’s staff is to develop high-tech competitive products using technical solutions based on state-of-the-art advanced technologies and quality materials. All work at the Engineering Centre is carried out using automated work stations with licensed software.

The Engineering Centre is functioning under the Quality management system created in compliance with international standards.

The staff has established constant feedback with the production units and suppliers, which enables us to enhance the products’ workability and competitiveness.

The main activity of the Engineering Center includes:

development of design documentation beginning with the basis of design and draft design and ending with the release of the work design documents;
development of the erection folder and work design documents for TPP and NPP pipeline systems to meet the project entities’ assignments;
development of engineering documents with respect to the company’s production departments and its mutual approval by the head physico-metallurgical entity;
supervised installation, supervised setup;
designer’s supervision through the fabrication phases until the commissioning is over;
expert consultancy.
