The design department for boiler equipment offers its customers reliable and efficient solutions in respect of their boiler units.
Delivering each boiler we always bear in mind the follow-up servicing during its whole lifetime which implies continuous cooperation with our customers.
We also offer the customer’s personnel training and assistance in operating the boiler.
Taking into account the fact that each year pressing environmental concerns dictate the need for more stringent regulations we design our boilers and WHBs with an eye to nature protection issues.
For example, an optimum furnace design and low temperature vortex combustion of sunflower hulls (also, with trash) result in essential reduction of environmental pollution.
 
In design and manufacture our aim is to incorporate the following advantages in the boiler’s operation:
  • efficiency;
  • high operational reliability;
  • optimum operation under different loads;
  • easy maintenance.
The design department for boiler equipment develops.
 
State-of-the-art boilers with an output of 10 to 200 tons/ h and hot water boilers with an output of up to 150 MW:
  • fired by gas, black oil, coke-oven and blast-oven gas, solid fuels (black and brown coals) that can be implemented at new facilities and also for replacing outdated and old boilers;
  • solid fuel boilers for fluidized bed combustion of wood wastes (wood bark, chips, sawdust, etc);
  • solid fuel boilers for low temperature vortex incineration of agricultural biofuels  (sunflower hulls, rice husk, buckwheat husk, rape husk as well as maize cobs, straw, etc.)
WHBs for the recovery of waste gas heat, steam generation and hot water production:
  • gas-tube boilers;
  • for cooling gas turbine exhaust;
  • for using gas heatat the outlet of kilns, open-hearth and heating furnaces, glass-melting units and other process furnaces;
  • at the outlet of primary crude oil distillation units;
  • for waste gas incineration in soot production;
  • for coke dry-quenching units.
 Power engineering boilers:
  • for afterburning, cooling, recovery of waste gases in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy;
  • for neutralization of  hydrosulphuric gases at petrochemical and gas processing plants;
  • for cooling nitrous gases in nitric acid production;
  • for heat recovery from sulfur burner gases;
  • for cooling flue gases at the outlet of the heating furnaces of catalytic reforming units in oil refining industry.

The staff of this department develops documents for spare parts to boilers, WHBs, power engineering boilers of both Russian and foreign make, as well as for reconstructing and upgrading WHRBs and power engineering boilers. We are prepared to provide advice required for selecting the best power equipment.
