We manufacture gastight panels and integral finned tubes using Finnish production line. Our equipment and technology make it possible to fabricate panels and finned tubes using pipes   28-60 mm with a wall thickness of 3 to 12 mm by welding a steel strip 12-40 mm wide and at least 4 mm thick longitudinally between the pipes.

The strips are welded between the pipes automatically under a flux layer. The gastight screen elements are welded together by “800” units (to obtain elements 800 mm wide); these elements are further welded together by means of a portal beam welding machine to form a larger panel up to 3000 mm wide.

The strip is prepared by sizing its width, with subsequent flattening, longitudinal welding and winding it round a reel. The tubes are prepared by surface conditioning, degreasing, straightening.
